How are we so good at roof inspections?

The Standards for Home Inspectors don't require anything more than an "observation from ground level". Green Flag Inspectors will get on all safe roofs to inspect them. In addition to that, we are licensed by the FAA to supplement our inspections with drone high definition cameras! This allows us to see things other inspectors can't see. We will inspect the roof covering materials, gutters, downspouts, vents, flashing, skylights, chimney, and other roof penetrations. This includes the hidden areas that other inspectors can't see.
